Mansawear is totally committed to our clients´ satisfaction however, we are unable to accept returns on clothing uniquely made to your measurements. But, we are responsible for alteration costs up to 14 days after receipt of your custom-made item.

Returns
Outfits that are in stock and accessories may be returned for a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery, as recorded by the shipping carrier. Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.

Refunds
Eligible returns will receive a refund to the original form of payment or, upon request, Mansawear store credit.

For refunds issued to the original form of payment, any non-refundable payment-processing or credit-card fees actually charged to Mansawear by our payment processor may be deducted from the refund, where permitted by applicable law and the terms of the payment-processing service.

Mansawear store credits are valid for one year from the date issued.
